How do i lose my pouch? Pic included?

Well i'm a soccer player and a runner but i just cant lose this pouch on my stomach! I'm willing to change my eating habits and I run everyday. During the week days I run about four miles a day, so 20 miles total for weekdays. Then on saturdays and sundays I run about twenty minutes a set, and i do two sets (morning, night). I am fifteen years old, how do i lose this pouch?
I usually eat junk but since xc started i've been eating peanut butter sandwiches, crackers, yogurt, fruits and stuff like that.

-Week 1-
-- Do 20 Sit-ups in the morning
-- When You Are waiting in a line, or inactive, tap your feet. Be antsy. Move around. Try rolling your stomach, or sucking it in and holding it("Vacuum"). Move your torso in a circle, like you're hula-hooping.
-- Chew a lot when eating. Things really start to taste better, and it takes longer to eat, so you will realize when you aren't hungry.
-- REMEMBER: You do not have to finish the sandwich. It's not going to cry because you are full.
-- Do 20 Sit-ups at night

-- Do 5 Push-ups

-- Do bicycle sit-ups. When you go up on the sit-up, raise your right elbow to your left knee. Go back down. Raise your left elbow to your right knee. Continue for 20 reps.

-- Practice lunges, and warrior poses. Step out in front of you, and keep your heels in a line. Lunge forward, putting weight on the front foot. Hold and stare straight ahead. This will help your hips and thighs.

-- During commercials, do sit-ups. Swerve your torso around your hips, like your an athlete warming up.

-- Do leg raises. Sit down, and spread your legs in front of you. Lift them off the ground, and reach for them. Hold for ten seconds.

For Week Two, add twenty reps to everything.

how do i get rid of my lower belly pouch after three pregnancies?

i've have being doing 100 sit-ups for 2 months now and there has been no changes so far.

Depends on how you do your situps.

Lie on your kitchen floor, knees up, feet up under the bottom of the kitchen counter cabinet. Arms across your upper chest.

Raise your upper back 1/4 up off the floor. FEEL your stomach muscles shake. HOLD yourself off the floor for 20 seconds. Lower yourself down to the floor. Do every OTHER day. Mon-Wed-Fri.

Do not put your hands behind your head; if you do; then you are pulling yourself up.

Do not go higher than 1/4 of the way up. If you do, your sides and back are holding you up, not your stomach. Try this; go up 1/4 of the way; feel your stomach shake. Then go up higher; your stomach stops shaking!!

That is because your sides and back are now doing the work, not your stomach.

Another method; standing situps;

Get two big pails, put water in each. Lift and HOLD them for 60 seconds, bent over, knees bent, elbows bent. This PULLS your stomach in. Do Mon-Wed-Fri. Add more water each week to the pails. When the pails are full of water, slowly start adding white sand to the water in the pails.

Include aerobics and stretching to make the metabolism work faster so the results will come quickly. Jumping Jacks is the best aerobics exercise. Do intervals of 10, 10 10, all day long. Not all at once. Too intense.

Give yourself about 3 months to see the results. Great results in a year.

PS You can teach your children these, too. I started my son at age 5 on weightlifting. He is now 15 and still lifting.
