I have a lot of girls clothing from 18mos to 24 mos. to sell?

I'm looking for parents that are interested to buy girls clothing from 18mos. to 24mos. All clothing are in great condition. If interested, I live in the SF Valley.

You could also look for a secondhand store that will take your clothing and give you credit to use in their store for the next sizes up. If they're all in great condition, it can be a way to help you buy clothes for the next size you need.

I live on a sailboat and have a lot of clothing. What way is the best way to organize?

I have my clothes in the back cabin,which is pretty big. I them in really big black plastic tubs. My clothes always end up unfolded and in a big mess! I really want to get organized so picking out clothing won't be such a chore. I have a really tiny closet but i just store my nice dresses in there. A way to organize shoes would be great as well, they are all piled up in a laundry basket.

Do you have storeage under your bed? if so, buy organizing bins you can easily slide in and out from under your bed for shoes, socks, scarves, shorts, whatever.

There are collapsable hangers which are a dream! You hang 5-8 items and collapse the hanger: quite nifty. Check out "as seen on tv" and search hangers/collapsable hangers. They are wonderful for travel, dorms, old storage closets, etc sounds like a good fit for you!

Buy a shoe rack for your door: Free's up a lot of space! They are not the prettiest to look at, but if you place it so it is on the inside of your closet door, it's not so bad, besides you can always store other items in it as well. or buy a long shoe rack for the floor of your closet.

The reason they end up unfolded and messy is because it's not convenient enough for you to access. Fold "difficult to hang" items. Hang clothes that wrinkle easy. Fold Jeans for they are easiest to access, easiest to refold, and you wear the most often. Besides jeans take up a lot of closet space.

I like answer one's idea as far as buying bins-lol. They are easy to yank out of your closet in a hurry, and even if you have a couple items unfolded in there, you won't see them! You can always come back when you have more time and fold later*

Hang clothes "in-season" towards the front of your closet, along with items you frequently wear. Put out of season items towards the back of your closet where they are harder to reach. Rotate these out when necessary. I sort by item, for example: t-shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, dress shirts, dress pants, etc, then you can even go as far as organizing by color.

Cubes are nice for a closet too. I bought some that you put together yourself. You can decide if you want the cubes all stacked on top of each other, or 3x2 (3 cubes on the bottom, 2 on top) etc...those are nice for you can put them together in a way they will best fit into your closet.

Buy a clothes hamper with a lid on it so you do not have see your dirty laundry!

Hooks, nail up shelves, bins, cube storeage, slide out storeage for under bed, floor shoe rack or hanging shoe rack. If you run out of room in your closet, which I did, I had to buy in the laundry section a hanging rack for clothes, it's basically a roll away closet. Those are great especially if your back cabin has the room for it.

*Go through your clothes, determine which ones are worthy for donation or charity. and again store away clothes you never wear but can't part with along with shoes, jackets, t's, etc.
