Musical or Non-musical Crib Mobile?
I have found a design I love but it doesn't play music. I think it will captivate my baby boy but I don't know if music is really key. Any advice??
I agree it depends on the baby. I tihnk our DD likes watching the mobile go around more than she likes the music. If You Are worried, its easy enough to get a cheap CD player or CD player clock to put in baby's room. There are tons of CDs of nursery rhyme music, lullabyes, or other music for babies, plus many mobiles just play classical stuff. It would be easy enough to just turn on the CD player if your baby wants music as well.
Why does my son wake up crying and sometimes screaming?
He has been doing this for about a week now. He will wake up at least 2-4 times a night crying and sometimes will start screaming but when my husband and/or I go in he wants to continue to sleep. Could it be some kind of pain or could it just be bad dreams? I usually just tell him I am there and let him know I love him and put his little musical box on we have hanging on the side of his crib. I don't know what else to do. He is also 22 months old if that helps at all.
My daughter actually did the same thing today. She woke from her nap screaming. I really think they have night mares. I didn't at first, but now that she's older and is scared of stuff... I think she might. She is 22 months also. Just calm him and he will go right back to sleep
