What can you do to make a four month old really laugh?

My little girl is starting to really wind up and enjoy herself. I managed to get one really good belly laugh out of her, but no more. What do you do to make your little ones giggle? I tried to do raspberries, and silly faces, and I NEED to hear tat sweet little giggle again. Suggestions?
To certain a certain answer that implied I thought my child was a dog to be trained, obviously you've never experienced the joy of a child laughing. If you can't be helpful keep your opinions to yourself.

theres lots of things...

try holding her hands and setting her on your lap, maybe on a rocking recliner or something...and put your legs out kinda catch her with your legs. my niece absolutely loves that, she loves like hand games and stuff, take her hands and put them in silly motions with sound effects, she like like cockin the gun like "chh chh boom!" laugh with her, she'll follow your example.

Is it true to say that a lot of women dislike bubbly, cheerful girls?

I'm a guy and there's a girl that i'm friends with that is very sweet and bubbly and tends to giggle and laugh a lot. She's great and i don't see anything to dislike about her but i've noticed that a lot of other females don't seem to like her that much, even though she is nice to them. Any ideas?
She's also very pretty, i guess they could be jealous of that too.

She might be different around girls when a guy is there, I knew a girl who was a cow to all the girls, but to men she flirted, and when with a girl in front of a man, she would be friendly to the girl.

Giggling tends to get annoying, as if she is acting dumb to look all coy.

There must be a reason why they don't like her, be aware!
