Hanging Plaques
Im trying to hang 3 small plaques using ribbon.?
Were can I find the ornamental nail heads used when hanging something using ribbon??
im looking for the shabby chic look.
I have found two options so far:
1- Use upholstery tacks which can be purchased inexpensively from any fabric store -- just keep an eye open for tacks with a longer "nail" part to them.
2- Use standard nails with a decent head size and use a glue gun to attach whatever decoration you would like, i.e. a small artificial flower.

which do you have hanging on your walls in your home is it pictures, paintings, or plaques?
It depends on which room, as it's my mum's house...
Front room :

Framed poster of Northern Lights
{swapped every so often for one of Stonehenge}
My bedroom :
A mixed selection of laminated items :~
Cards - mostly bought just to put on the wall.
Illustrations from books, which I have coloured-in.
Colour photocopies of tarot and other divination cards.
{all a mix of Wolves, Goddesses, and 'Pagan' themed stuff}
I now also have a beautiful print by Sandra SanTara, but need to frame it.
