Where do you find the Sassy infant cereal feeding bottles?
i have only been able to see these on Ebay, does anyone know what store these are available at?
People have added cereal to bottles for years and years. Doctors say its fine.
Just looking for the bottles.
If You Are going to feed your baby cereal you would be better off using a spoon. The problem with baby eating cereal through a bottle is first off sucking it hard and can make them fussy for regular bottles making feeding difficult. Also baby could get more to eat than they need and get a tummy ache, and even throw up.
Most babies are ready to try cereal on a spoon at four months. Start with small amounts and touch the spoon to baby's lip so he/she can suck it off.
Usually an ounce of formula or breastmilk to a TBSP of cereal flakes. You want it runny, but not like fluid. Eventually you can start to add more flakes and make it thicker.
Which lequid /food is best for breast feeding infant?
I mean 5-6 month infant. not only breast feeding is enough for him thatswhy i ask the question. please give me better solution.
i had the same problem, my breastmilk wasnt satisfying my daughter and she was loosing weight so what id did (my health visitor reccomended it) is give my daughter 10minutes on the breast then give her some formula, i use SMA gold and have had no complaints. 7oz should be enough for a 5month old but give him more or less if he prefers. if SMA gold still doesnt satisfy your son try SMA white. also it could be that your son is ready for weaning early, if this is the case he should be showing signs of being ready. these are; being able to sit with support, take interest in what you are eating and being hungry after feeds even when you have increased the amount he is getting. if your son is showing these signs try him with a little bit of baby rice mixed with breastmilk or formula milk once a day and see if that makes any difference
