is there a name for this skin tag?
I own an English Mastiff hes 7 years old and weighs 10 stone he as a pink tag of skin on his back hock i have noticed recently sometimes its saggy sometimes its like a balloon, hes had it for a long time and even when he went to the vets after cutting his leg which is the same leg the vet never said anything about it and its visable my dog isnt ill or anything hes very lively but i was just curious what this skin tag is?
Could be a histiocytoma or any number of other skin tumors benign or malignant. Post a picture of it.

How do I know if my puppy has a tick on his leg?
I tried to see what was on my dog's legs and it looked like a pink tag or something. As I tried to get closer he panicked and tried to nip at me to leave it alone. Could it be a tick, how would I take it out? Do ticks hurt? How do dogs get ticks?
Wear rubber gloves or use a paper towel to protect your hands.
Grasp the tick very close to the skin with a pair of fine-tipped tweezers. With a steady motion, pull the tick's body away from the skin. To prevent infection, avoid crushing the tick. After tick removal, clean your dog's skin with soap and warm water.
Throw the dead tick away with your household trash or flush it down the toilet.
Never use petroleum jelly, a hot match, nail polish or other products to remove a tick.
