I feel he has amazingly turned the stillness of the night into a moving night.
the painting is a representation of a starry night perceived by the artists vision, mind and style while the photograph s mostly show the actual vision percieved by the naked eye.
In photography when camera is set on a tri-pod using a long exposure it is possible to obtain a beautiful yet different type of image,
