What's done for a boy's sports physical?
I'm a guy in high school and I'm planning on playing a sport but I'm scared for the physical. I don't quite know what the doctor does or looks for in a sports physical so I was hoping someone could tell me about the process for boys. Thanks
Do you usually have to get naked for it?
If you have ever had a physical at your Dr. office its the same. Some schools such as the one I work for offer sports physicals for a small fee. At school they just check your weight, heart rate and ask you a few questions. If you go to a Dr. they will do the same thing maybe measure your height and take a urine sample. One plus is if you get a yearly physical at the Dr. and have had one recently you only need to take the schools physical form in and have it signed. Either way its very simple and non intrusive.
How do I get my 3 year old boy interested or involved in sports?
Is it too early to be pushing it cause I don't want him to get burned out but he hasn't had much interest as of yet.
Too young, just do things in the back yard. He will get interested sooner or later, I put my son in T-ball at 5 and I should have waited becasue he was excited at first but then lost interest.
