My 6 week old wakes up constanly during the day. I put her to sleep and 5, 10 or 20 minutes later she wakes u?
The only way she'll stay asleep is if she is rocked in the bassinet, or pushed in the stroller. I've tried white noise and it doesn't work. During the night she sleeps fine though. Thankfully!!!!
During the day she probably isn't as tired, therefore a ligth sleeper. She obviously is comforted by movement, as you say she sleeps fine in the stroller and also being rocked in the bassinet.
Perhaps you can try getting a sling or carrier, and carrying her. Do you have swing. These work wonders for the times you can't carry her, such as taking a shower. My son was also comforted by movement at that age. He spent most of the day napping either in the sling next to me, or else when I needed a break a few baby free moments, he napped well in the swing.

How do I clean a wicker bassinet? Or should I just re-paint it?
A friend gave me an original wicker basket that was her mother's. It is beautiful, but a bit dirty and some areas have turned that yellowish color.
Should I attempt to clean it? Soap? A bit of bleach? Or should I just wipe down and re-paint (It's painted white).

Bleach is toxic.. you'd have to rinse like crazy to get it out of wicker which is fragile and porous as well. I'd just use a bit of basic dish soap like Dawn with some water and a sponge/cloth. If you do decide to paint get Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Williams brand paint that is ZERO VOC (Volatile Organic Compound).
Paints discharge VOCs (cancer causing chemicals) for months after painting and it would not be a good idea for a newborn to breathe that in every night so close by. A Zero VOC paint will be a bit more expensive but worth every penny to protect your precious little one.
